Miss Wheelchair’s fight against harassment



Virali Modi was travelling on a train in India when she was sexually assaulted by a man helping to lift her from her wheelchair to the carriage.

She’s gone on to successfully campaign for more accessible public transport.

Along with her activism, the model also was one of the runners-up in India’s Miss Wheelchair pageant.
